Tai Chi/Qigong, Tuesdays 6.00pm, Village Hall Field/Hall
Diana Rossiter is running Tai Chi/QiGong sessions on Tuesdays at 6.00pm for 45 minutes in the village hall field or if raining in the hall. The cost is a donation of £5 to the village hall per session. No equipment needed just turn up in comfortable clothing for a relaxing session of gentle stretching and breathing exercises.
